Break Rules & Terms of Sale

Please read carefully before purchasing. By purchasing a spot, you agree to all of the following terms:

• All Sales Final: This is a "card break" spot, not a sealed box. All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be accepted once a spot is purchased. Please buy responsibly.
• Live Stream: This break will be streamed LIVE on our YouTube channel as soon as all spots are filled. Channel: Ericbcards. We recommend you subscribe and turn on notifications so you don't miss the live break!

Shipping Policy (All Cards Ship):

• Hits: All "hits" (Autographs, Memorabilia, Relics, Numbered Cards, etc.) will be secured in sleeves and top-loaders.
• Base Cards: All base cards WILL SHIP by default. If you do not wish to receive your base cards, please contact us immediately after purchase.
• Timeline: Your cards will be sorted and shipped within 2 business days after the live break concludes.

Additional Rules & Disclaimers

• "Skunk" Disclaimer (No Cards): Purchasing a spot does not guarantee you will receive a "hit" or any specific card from the break. It is possible your spot(s) may not receive any cards from the product being opened.
  • Consolation: In the event your spot receives no cards from the break (a "skunk"), we will send you some cards from our personal collection as a bonus. Please note: These consolation cards are not guaranteed to be from the team/division you purchased and may not hold significant value.
• Multi-Player/Team Cards: For cards featuring multiple teams or players, ownership will be determined by a live randomization on stream (e.g., using random.org). The card will go to the team/player listed at the top of the randomization.
• Manufacturer Condition: We are not responsible for the condition of cards as pulled directly from manufacturer-sealed products (e.g., minor print lines, surface imperfections, or slight corner/edge wear).
