Product Preview: 2025 Topps Chrome Baseball

Product Preview: 2025 Topps Chrome Baseball

Topps Chrome is one of the biggest and most widely anticipated releases of the year. 2025 Topps Chrome Baseball is set to release July 23rd (Mega boxes on August 8th). This set features the rookies from both Series 1 & Series 2 and predominantly features rookie autos.

One of the more popular aspects of Topps Chrome is the MVP buyback program, where you can trade base cards and base parallels for credit at your local card shop. (I've heard this program is confirmed for 2025, but I can't find any direct confirmation from Topps)

There are, again, clear favorites for MVP in both leagues, so make sure to hold onto your base cards of Shohei Ohtani and Aaron Judge. According to the betting odds, the next most likely winners, Cal Raleigh in the AL and Pete Crow-Armstrong for the NL. They are both not in the base set checklist for this product.
